    Optimix (Appraisal Toolkit)

    Optimix is an Excel-based financial viability toolkit used to assess the financial performance of development projects. This user-friendly intuitive toolkit offers the following:

    Optimix (Consolidation Tool)

    The Optimix consolidation tool is a programme-level consolidating and monitoring tool that allows detailed reporting against a number of key parameters. It works seamlessly with the Optimix appraisal toolkit with a simple data input function.

    This tool allows consolidation of schemes or phases to view all projects on a programme basis. Users can understand development spend projections on a yearly or monthly basis and turn off schemes to see their impact on the overall programme.
